This hotel is simply luxurious! the exclusive amenities provided in-room met all our needs, making our stay extremely comfortable. the private facilities were top-notch with a gorgeous Swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery that provided a tranquil oasis. the exceptional service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The only minor issue was waiting for the buggy to take us around the property. Sometimes, it can take a long time to arrive, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to get around.

Over the weekend, we had a delightful experience staying at a beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. During our stay, the staff was very kind and accommodating, serving us tea and cookies while we waited for our room. We enjoyed the three outdoor pools and the passage way to the beach, which is only a 15-minute walk away. The serene location and the strong Wi-Fi signal were also great features.

Although the hotel had many positives, we did note a few minor negatives. For instance, the hotel is strategically placed away from the bustle of the city, making it a bit far from the main food and shopping areas.
